Finders Keepers this weekend in Brisbane!

Yes, the Finders Keepers is on this weekend! And we, being Printspace, will be there. Nick is flying up today, and I am staying home. At the time I was happy to stay home and continue my rest from the markets, but now I wish I was going too.... I love Finders Keepers, there are always heaps of new things to see. And it's also a great way to catch up with our buddies and fellow stall holders. So if you are in or near Brisbane, pop in and say hello.

Finders Keepers this weekend in Melbourne!

The wonderful Finders Keepers Market is on this weekend in Melbourne, and we are super excited. Not just to see all the fab things people have been making, but also to enjoy some cool tunes! Having small children I don't get to see live bands much at all... so sad.

Now, we know the Docklands can be tricky so there are some very detailed instructions on how to get there so pop over to the Finders Keepers site for all the details, including a down loadable map. Nice.
Anyway, if you're looking for something to do (or just trying to avoid the Grand Prix) come and say hello! xx

Adelaide here we come....

Yes, Printspace is going interstate. We'll be one of the gang attending Bowerbird Bazaar over the next 3 days. What is Bowerbird you may ask? one more thing...

.... Nick and I have been busy making up badges for our 2 markets this week / weekend. Photo is not the best, I just took in on my phone in not the best light, but I wanted to quickly get something happening. These are done, which is great. Tick. Always helps when you hire the equipment and it HAS to be back by 9.30am. So we were up until the wee hours making these little darlings. Now really back to printing and packing.... Magnolia Square starts tomorrow!!!! Hope to see you there. xx

let's get busy!

After many days of non blogging, non tweeting, non facebook etc, I am finally back. Where was I? I was out. Well that's not entirely true, I have been online, uploading work and doing bits and bobs but not in the same manic frenzy that I am usually in. Which was some what of a relief. And we even went away for Mothers Day weekend, and spent a lovely time with some precious friends, celebrating their son's 3rd birthday and also being a mum. (love my two boys, they are so funny and so sweet.) No internet, no computer, no work, just for 2 days. Nice. Refreshing. Now I am back. And I am happy to be back, ready to sink my teeth into the next big thing.....
Next week, 2 events,
1. Our first time with a stall at Magnolia Square's Tiny and Small. For those one you who don't live in Melbourne and don't have kids, it's a gorgeous event in which you can find some unique and beautiful products.
2. Second is Sonny and Coco market, also in Melbourne, and will be full for wonderful handmade goodies.

So for the next week, I shall be making, cutting, sticking, packing and creating my little heart out.

We did it. Our first market!

It's Sunday night and I am one tired worker bee. Today, my lovely Nick, gorgeous friend FK (not her real name, as I know she would like to rename nameless- you know who you are!!) and I held our firat market stall. Now it was a lovely little market called Mathilda's Market and was held at the Hawtorn Town Hall. We had a fantastic spot just inside the entrance and had lots of friendly people come up and say hello. We had prints in our usual A4 size and also road tested the smaller A5s which people loved. (Yay). And we also had some framed, just like our stockists have, again just to test the market.

Thank you to our lovely dear helper and super sales women, I know you saw it as a fun day off, we are so grateful for your help!
Thank you to my other lovely friend, who supplied some cute props for our stall. Your enthusiasm is inspiring to us.
Thank you to all who came to visit, we appreciate your kind words, and hope you enjoy having a little bit of Printspace in your space.

Hello. So I have just been away at the beach for a week with the family. Lovely weather, beautiful beach. Now back to reality. And exciting stuff too. I am going to be attending my first market... as a stall holder! Yes, I am taking the plunge and doing it. The market, Mathilda's Market, is in Melbourne, and will have heaps of unique and beautiful products for children, so if you around on Sunday March 15, please come and say hello.
